Schlussfolgerung
In unserer Kohorte reduzierte die Kombination präoperative Darmvorbereitung und orale Antibiotika, die postoperative chirurgische und nicht-operative Komplikationen nach elektiven kolorektalen Eingriffen signifikant, und war mit einer kürzeren Krankenhausverweildauer verbunden.
